1. Offer Validity
   This exclusive laptop promotional offer is valid from the date of launch until 30th November 2024. Any orders placed after this date will not qualify for the promotional pricing, and the promotion will no longer apply.
    

2. Availability and Substitutions
   
   2.1 While Stocks Last
   Promotional offers are available while stocks last. Ello Technology reserves the right to limit the quantity of items per customer as deemed necessary.
   
   2.2 Alternative Products
   In the event that a promotional product is no longer available, Ello Technology may offer an alternative product at its discretion. Such alternatives will not fall under the same promotional offer and will be subject to their regular pricing or terms.
   
   2.3 No Guarantees
   Ello Technology does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotional item and shall not be held liable if stocks are depleted before the end of the promotion period.
    

3. Warranty Coverage
   Both devices included in this offer come with a standard 3-year warranty from the manufacturer, covering manufacturer defects and hardware issues under the terms of the warranty agreement. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your purchase for specific coverage details.
    

4. Order Submission and Eligibility
   To qualify for this promotion, orders must be completed and submitted by 11:59 PM SAST on 30th November 2024. Orders submitted after this deadline will not be eligible for the promotional pricing, and standard pricing will apply.
    

5. Modifications to the Offer
   Ello Technology reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be updated on this page.

   The devices may require periodic software updates for security and performance enhancements. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure these updates are installed promptly to maintain optimal device functionality and security.
    

5. User Data and Privacy
   The user is responsible for managing and protecting any personal or business data stored on the device. We recommend installing appropriate security software to protect your data from unauthorised access. Ello Technology is not liable for data loss or privacy breaches resulting from unauthorised access.
    

6. Returns and Refunds
   All returns and refunds are subject to the manufacturers Return Policy. Devices must be returned in their original condition within the specified return period to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please refer to the Return Policy for details.
